Private Pilot Licence (PPL) Training

The Private Pilot Licence (PPL) permits the holder to carry non paying passengers anywhere within Australia and it's territories, depending on airspace privileges acquired during training.

As with the GFPT, the holder must hold a class 2 medical and a pass in the PPL theory exam.

Time required to obtain a PPL is 4 ½ to 5 weeks full time, weather permitting.
